1.  Annie's Home Consignments (AHC) agrees to pay consignor 50% of the net proceeds for merchandise sold. Consignors may use their proceeds towards in-store purchases at any time. Otherwise, upon request, AHC will mail a check for account proceeds within 3 business days. Consignors can choose to have their proceeds mailed on a recurring monthly basis as well. All mailed checks are subject to a $2 administrative fee. Lost consignor checks are subject to a $30 stop payment fee. Consignor funds expire after 1 year of account inactivity.  

2.  The contract term for all merchandise is 60 days. No item may be retrieved from the store prior to the end of this 60 day period. Unsold merchandise will be marked down 15% after 15 days, 30% after 30 days and 50% after 50 days. AHC does reserve the right to lower the current price of any item by up to 25%. After the contract term of 60 days, unsold merchandise must be picked by the consignor within 7 days, otherwise it becomes the property of AHC. For expired items, the contract term is not renewable. Holiday-specific items expire on that holiday, and must be picked up within the 7 days thereafter, otherwise they become the property of AHC. AHC reserves the right to add a nominal handling fee to each item we process, which is paid by the buyer and is not shared with the consignor.

3.  AHC will care for and price all merchandise to the best of its ability, but is not liable for any loss due to theft, damage or pricing error. The consignor warrants that they are the full and rightful owner of consigned merchandise and they indemnify AHC against any claims of ownership by other parties regarding same.  If items require significant cleaning or repair, AHC will charge consignor for parts, plus labor at a rate of $25/hour.

4.  AHC does not contact consignors to notify them regarding item sales. AHC offers an online service for consignors to monitor the status of their items. Simply go to our website, click on "Login Here", enter your last name and consignor number, and choose "Annie's Home Consignments" from the list of stores.
